Positive: Beautiful location, in a quiet area and very nice views to Maiskogel! The guesthouse is very close to the bus station, you can take the bus to the city center and Maiskogel. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful modern well equipped kitchen. For breakfast, you can enjoy the family's farm products! Perfect choice for Kaprun!

Positive: We had a great time in Oberlehenhof. Great location and the summer card saved us a lot of money while travelling. Theresa and her husband were so nice and took care of everything. The room was big with everything you needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we had the chance to hang around at the family farm.

Positive: The guesthouse is located in a quiet area of Kaprun, the apartment is large and spacious, it is equipped with everything you need, the hosts are welcoming and speak English, free parking, breakfast only made from home-made products, quite close to the party and the center Kaprun

Negative: the shower cabin is small, they haven't changed the towels at all in 5 days, they haven't entered the rooms to clean at all in 5 days, I haven't found the trash can anywhere outside, they only have 2 sockets in the entire living room
